Since 2007 Gavary Prom produces EVA footwear components under ECO COVER™ brand: various sole and insole models of diverse price categories and colors.

In 2012 Gavary Prom was the first in Russia to start industrial production of foam EVA sheets with cellular structure, which are widely used for manufacturing popular EVA car mats. As the largest manufacturer of ethylenevinylacetate polymer foams owning 12 vulcanizing presses with total output of up to 1,500 tons of products in a month, we are able to fulfill any needs of our customers and we constantly maintain a large stock of most in-demand products in storage. For the convenience of our customers we are learning step by step to produce other materials and components necessary for manufacturing EVA mats.

Gavary Prom offers a wide range of EVA polymer goods for children.
The main focuses of our products are comfort, injury protection and play-based learning.

Gavary Prom's EVA foam sheet products are divided into three main areas:

• EVA plast - a general-purpose sheet that optimally combines quality and an affordable price;
• EVA prene - special purpose sheets for products requiring higher elasticity, permanent deformation and wear resistance characteristics;
• Double-foamed sheets for making lodgments, safety profiles and industrial packaging.

Gavary Prom produces a wide range of EVA goods for home, garden and outdoor leisure.

Our factory in the Moscow region produces universal stamped mats, multifunctional transformers, molded door mats, shoe stands, shower mats, fan sit pads, knee pieces, foldable tourist sleeping pads, two-layer stands for litter boxes and food bowls and other pet goods using its own raw materials.

Gavary Prom (ECO COVER™) offers a broad range of environmentally clean and safe sports flooring:

• Tatami for martial arts;
• Module flooring for gyms, aerobics and fitness classes, home gyms, flooring for pools and shower rooms;
• Individual mats, accessories for water aerobics and other products, made from high-quality antibacterial EVA material.
